		<description>I hate when companies do this. If there was some other ISP in my area I would use them in a heartbeat. The funny thing is that we had to initially sign up with high speed internet. This was as slow as molasses on a winter day. We downgraded to regular internet and it is now faster than the &quot;high speed&quot;...rediculous!</description>
